Masonic Drive Project
The Masonic Drive Zone 1 involved the redevelopment of over 53,000 square feet or 1.229 acres of some of Alexandria’s most attractive and visible property. The Masonic Drive property was directly across some of Alexandria’s most popular attractions- The Alexandria Zoo and Bringhurst Park (home of the Alexandria Aces).
The property was ideally suited for commercial and medical offices to restaurants, to retailers to hotel developments.
